About

I am a counsellor trained in psychodynamic theory and methods, with an existential and philosophically grounded approach.

Psychodynamic therapy unearths what is forgotten and unknown about the self, focusing especially on how these elements constantly shape and determine habits, emotions, responses, dreams, and desires in ways that make them seem mysterious and foreign.

Philosophical counselling integrates clinical techniques with existential and humanistic inquiry and conceptual analysis to aid in the achievement of greater self-understanding and freedom.
